Being photographed naked or even half nude requires trust & intimacy in a safe environment. Sometimes being fully self-confident or completely comfortable with ones body can also be challenging. Whatever others would say about the model being absolutely fabulous, very sexy or close to perfection…it is all about self-perception & judgement.
As a photographer, I am fully aware of it. Thus making my models at ease is my first priority during a photoshoot. Beyond making images. My models are the best ones to testify & share their experience.

During a photoshoot I think that communication, comfort and exploration are very important. If the model and photographer can find their vibe together then you have the best chance to create something amazing. Pascal and I found that synergy and even though he has a quiet energy, he made me feel comfortable and was always open to my ideas. It was a challenging shoot in some ways but I think we made it fun and most importantly, we got some incredible shots out of it.
Working as a model for a nude photo shoot was a special experience. Initially, I had reservations about my vulnerability, but the professionalism of the photographer gave me confidence. The session surprised me with its rewarding atmosphere; it celebrated the human form as a work of art. I loved how the photographer’s creative vision captured light reflecting off muscles and curves. It was a liberating experience, boosting my self-confidence and body positivity. The final images were breathtaking, demonstrating the collaboration between artist and model. I am grateful for this opportunity to embrace the beauty of the human body.
Being naturally shy and experiencing our first photoshoot, we were quite nervous about meeting Pascal. As an amateur model, it is always very flattering when a photographer reaches out for a photoshoot. When a photographer notices something in you that they consider is worth immortalizing through their lens. Even though I can’t always see that something when I look in the mirror, Pascal masterfully managed to shed light on it through a clear story. One that is about confidence, sensuality and vulnerability. Despite being very thorough and methodic, Pascal’s work embodies fluidity and liberty as much as his creative process. Leaving the studio, I felt seen, listened to and eager to work again with Pascal. Every doubt I had about the photoshoot he addressed with professionalism and care. It was an honour to discover the world of photography with him.
When I arrived, Pascal was so welcoming I was instantly put at ease and when we did the first shot; all of our conversations finally 'clicked' and I understood his detailed process and the vision he had. We shot both indoors and outdoors and each shot turned out amazing! It was so much fun to adapt on the spot to lighting changes and ideas, as well as the some of the worst mosquitos I've ever encountered! Working with Pascal as a model; you must understand that not only are you working with him to take a picture but you're creating art. The final products take my breath away. I would count myself fortunate to be able to work with Pascal again, breathing life into his amazing ideas.
Doing a nude shoot was a challenge for me. I learned to confront my body on a daily basis, and this collaboration allowed me to push my limits. After several months of exchanges, I loved his work. A simple smile and a hello put me at ease. The atmosphere was warm and the pace was lively. Each shot revealed a facet of my personality, and there were many adjustments to highlight the best of me. I loved having an exclusive glimpse into Pascal’s creative process, which is very different from my own. Being used to maintaining control over my projects, I had to let go and trust someone else to represent me, especially with sessions that had a tone different from my usual work. It was a new experience to embody a role. It quickly became evident that I was in good hands: Pascal is both professional, knowledgeable, and decisive, yet also encouraging and friendly. At the start of the experience, I was worried that I might not appreciate the final result or have the opportunity to influence its direction. However, Pascal’s process is designed to offer plenty of opportunities to express one’s opinion, collaborate, and even make adjustments. This approach ensures that the work reflects not only his vision but also something I could be proud of as a model.
Last March, I had the chance to do a photoshoot with Pascal Rosello, and honestly, it was a fantastic experience. At first, I was a bit stressed and didn’t really know what to expect. But from the very first minutes, Pascal made me feel at ease with his simplicity and naturalness. What I really appreciated was his way of working. There was no pressure, just exchanges, laughter, and subtle advice. He had me try poses I had never imagined, and with each click, I felt like I was discovering a little more of myself. Pascal has this special thing, this ability to capture the moment and bring out genuine emotion without artifice. It was so fluid and spontaneous that I almost forgot I was in front of a camera. For me, he managed to capture my essence.
This was my first ever photo shoot and my first time working with a professional photographer and I must say it was and incredible experience ,pascal took his time to make the shoot comfortable for both he and I,every shot you captured was beautiful from every angle.you took time to make sure I was comfortable with every set up of the shoot and this resulted in some of the most beautiful photos I’ve ever had taken on me, you brought out my true beauty in the shoot and I am in complete awe of your work and your style of shooting,it was truly a blessing working with such a talented photographer and I look forward to working with you again in the future and looking forward to more incredible and beautiful photos. Working with pascal was an amazing experience , I loved everything about the mood board and how the lighting complemented my skin. I enjoyed the work chemistry between us how everything just went smoothly and how it wasn’t awkward at all. I also enjoyed the conversation we had with his partner over lunch about growing up queer in religious families and I can’t tell you how much that moment meant to me seeing both of them together and doing what you love it was- to say the least inspiring. Working with him was a great beginning of my modelling career and I’m looking forward to working together in the future.
Our session with Pascal was a positive experience from start to finish! Our goal was to create intimate and tasteful couple photos, a challenge he rose to brilliantly. Pascal gave us confidence from the conception of ideas by giving us a clear vision of the shots he wanted to create with us. During the shoot, he was able to capture a great bond between us by combining his ability to listen with his high technical standards. No detail escaped his meticulous eye, resulting in a set of photos that had incredible composition. And - arguably most importantly - he is kind as a heart, which made the experience all the more enjoyable!
Beyond his talent, Pascal has a concern for preparation and detail which makes the vulnerable approach of the model in ease and comfort. Faced with my fear as a first experience of nudity, I felt a great understanding and respect that allowed me to make room for trust.

My shoot with Pascal was the best photo shoot of my life (even if I admit I only did a handful). Pascal is really invested throughout the process and it already starts during the preparation stage where he proposes different photo themes. He is also attentive to the model's ideas and above all very respectful throughout the session: with him I never perceived the slightest ambiguity and I felt at ease from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the photos taken and I recommend it today with my eyes closed!

Exceptional shooting with Pascal. The preparation is worthy of a professional session, the implementation is just as much. He masters the light, the framing, the staging, the smallest detail of the photo for an excellent result before retouching. It is certainly demanding vis-à-vis the model but it is so that everything is perfect. The few photos taken together are magnificent: flattered by this collaboration which remains memorable, a big thank you for his patience, his talent and his exceptional work.
Pascal knows how to put you at ease quickly during his shoots. On the one hand, by his professionalism and by the listening he shows if you want to share ideas with him. On the other hand, Pascal will want the best of you during his shoot, so prepare yourself well in advance with core body building sessions to avoid any aches the next day 🙂
